We at L&S have never been known for boredom. In times of Corona one only has to be more inventive show. Since the international machine factory Bernard Krone GmbH & Co. KG will present their annual show with news from the agricultural technology not as usual in their own rooms, we have created a special event for them in the heavy spectacle: A tractor cinema with inflatable Canvas in the middle of the field.
 
On the meadow stood the over 100 square meter screen, before which the customers of the agricultural machinery manufacturer with more than 150 tractors in a semicircle. Crown showed exciting pictures from the world of agricultural engineering, which of course in best quality. The two powerful
Video projectors with 40,000 lumens each projected the Picture material pin sharp on the huge screen and for the optimal sound we rented a radio frequency. So we transmitted the sound directly to the audience in the
tractor cab, from where they can be moved with sufficient distance to the neighbouring tractor the news of the specialist for green forage harvesting technology could follow.
 
The resonance of the Trecker-Road-Show was simply incredible. Not only the tractor drivers were blown away, and commented on in the social media
with hashtags like #powertothebauer, also the attention of the media we aroused. The public broadcaster WDR showed our tractor show as an example of a successful adaptation the event industry to the Corona crisis.
 
We have one thing in common with our client Krone: We are entrepreneurs and want to continue to do something in times of crisis. 15 tractor cinemas throughout Germany. 
 
In addition to the technology, we have written the safety and hygiene concept for our customer.

For KTR we organized a jubilee celebration where no one stayed on the chair for long.

In 2019 KTR Systems, the manufacturer of drive components for machine and plant construction, celebrated its 60th anniversary. For this special occasion we planned and realized an anniversary celebration – consisting of an employee party and a family day – which was washed up.
In our usual role as a general service provider we developed an event concept within the agreed budget framework. Thanks to 3D visualization the customer could get an idea of the event in advance. We then selected suitable partners for all the necessary services such as catering, decoration, disc jockeying, photography, children’s programme, live music and moderation. So everything was prepared for KTR’s big day.

Shortly before the celebration we started to set up the party tent on the KTR premises. This included not only the entire equipment and event technology, but also all sanitary facilities and supply equipment for heating, electricity and water. 380 guests at the staff party and almost five times as many on Family Day obviously felt comfortable in and around the tent while we took care of the smooth running of the event – so comfortable that at some point everyone was infected by the exuberant atmosphere at this all-round successful party.

For Technopac, we packaged three events into a complete service.
 
Technopac GmbH, a specialist for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) – a packaging for bulk goods, also known as ” Bigbag ” – celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2019. And as a company that is well versed in efficient logistics, Technopac took the opportunity to combine the celebration with two other events: the inauguration of the new company premises and a two-day forum event with international guests. A special organizational talent was therefore required to successfully stage this unique event.
 
Fortunately for our client, we also have a wealth of experience in putting together large packages and pulled the strings with our full-service expertise. With Technopac’s budget specifications, we developed a coherent overall concept, which we visualized using CAD software. We then selected all service providers, from caterers and decorators, photographers and folders to simultaneous interpreters and a shuttle service. For the customer, we remained the only interface to all service providers from start to finish.
 
Just in time for the event, a special sight was offered on the company premises: The specially erected tent impressed with its open, sail-like construction, which immediately evoked memories of the Sydney Opera House in the jetsetters who had arrived. Despite the modern architecture, we were able to accommodate all event technology, sanitary facilities and furniture without any problems. And for the conference in Technopac’s premises, our total package also ensured the comfort of the international guests – not least thanks to the translators, with whose help an anniversary event was developed that was as entertaining as it was rich in productive conversations.

On March 19, 2016 the Riesenbecker Sportgala with 800 guests took place in the Grünen Halle. Over the years, the best athletes were not any more only honored with a small accompanying program but with a variety evening with high-profile artists. Every two years, the team of the tennis department of the SV Teuto Riesenbeck is organizing this evening and the people from this department have been working with us for a long time. This year, the Helene Fischer double “Viktoria” performed a show and this was the highlight. She really got things going at the following party. It was the first time that the party was accompanied by a live band. “Starlight Excess” provided a great one.
